Ploom Club is our loyalty program. When you join Ploom Club, you'll be able to redeem your Ploom points in exchange for exciting benefits - from free upgrades to exclusive in-store experiences. Every user that creates an account automatically becomes a Ploom Club Member.

Yes - Ploom points do expire. When you earn Ploom points, they're valid for two calendar years. For example, that means if you earn points on the 15th June 2024, your Ploom points lifespan will last until the 31st December 2025. It's a good idea to check at the end of each calendar year to see if you've got any points that are due to expire, and see what your membership level is.

The points you collect on your Ploom account are exclusively yours - they are not transferable.
