With the arrival of the holidays, there will be changes to the working hours of Ploom Experience zones, which will operate according to an adjusted schedule on non-working days. To help you plan in advance, below you will find all the important information regarding the operation of the zones, as well as the working hours of customer service during the holiday period.

• 31 December – from 10:00 to 18:00
• 1 January – Closed
• 2 January – Closed
• 6 January – from 10:00 to 18:00
• 7 January – Closed

Working Hours of Customer Service
