What do the LED lights on Ploom AURA indicate?

There are two types of LED indicators on your Ploom AURA – a dot and a line. The way these LEDs light up provides various information:

• The LED dot will show red for an error message and blue when the device is connected via Bluetooth.
• If the red LED dot flashes rapidly 10 times, it indicates a common error.
• If the red LED dot stays lit continuously for 5 seconds, it indicates a permanent device failure error.
• The LED bar provides information about the device’s status, such as battery level, heating time, and session duration.
• If the LED bar lights up for 5 seconds, it means that the front panel has been removed or is not properly attached. This can be resolved by correctly reattaching the front panel.
