While I’m using my Ploom device, the tobacco stick moves. Is this common?
No. Ploom devices have four gripping ribs at the top of the heating chamber, which help hold the tobacco stick in place so that it doesn't move while you are using your device.
If the stick is moving, it means that you might not have inserted it properly. Please make sure that you have pushed the tobacco stick up to the printed line (so that the printed line is aligned with the top of the device).
